How do I remove my Xbox Gamer Profile?

I am seeling my xbox 360 and I want to delete my gamer profile before I do so, especially since I don't want the buyer to remove my account with my cc info. How do I do this?|||Go to the system blade, then memory, then profiles, and delete|||go to the system, blade select a profile and then hit delete
