Do you think a macbook is worth if your a gamer and a hardcore user?

Hello there, need some help here. I'm really confused which laptop should I purchase. I'm a gamer and a hardcore computer user. I want a MAC, but I'm not sure if they last long for hardcore users like gamers and music lovers. Any advise here? What can you say about ASUS laptops against MACS?|||Definitely.

The hardware that Macs use is far superior to any windows based PC.

I can easily play Assassins Creed and Crysis on full settings on my Macbook pro.|||Macs are NOT made for games, Any reviews on Macs will tell you this. I have an ASUS Laptop and its not the greatest but it gets the job done.

And if you wish to game then sure get an ASUS although if you have the money to spare buy an Alienware machine.

Which one of these games are good for a casual gamer?

by casual gamer i mean i just play for fun but im willing to try new stuff. Im gonna buy a game tomorrow i don't usually play shooters, usually just sports games or the occasional fighting or cartoon adventure. But, i want to get in to other types of games that everyone seems to enjoy. Which one of these would be best?

Its a 100% free-roam do whatever you want game. Drive cars, steal cars, ramp the vehicles go for a swim, jump off buildings, go buy new clothes, do missions, out run cops. honestly HOURS and HOURS of fun a day!

I still play my GTA IV everyday and have just as much fun as when I first bought it!|||gta iv because of the freedom.

Does anyone know if i can delete my gamer profile from my game system but still keep my downloaded games?

I have an Xbox 360 I am going to sell and I want to delete my gamer profile from it but I don't know if that will also delete the games I downloaded from the Xbox Live Arcade Network. Does anyone know if it does?|||The games will still be there if you do it right.

1. Hit the Xbox guide profile

2. Go to system settings

3. Click Memory

4. Go to profiles

5. Click the profile you want to delete

6. Delete it, but If the size of it is more than 20mb, then you did something wrong and are deleting things you shouldn't.

7. Pack up and sell your Xbox

How can I turn my friend into a gamer?

She's kinda already a gamer, but she only plays lego indiana jones... again, and again, and again, and again...

How can I turn her into more of a gamer and get her playing some good games? I know you need to find that "seed" game and then go from there. But she won't play anything other than indiana jones!|||Something that you can play co-op on, i managed to get my gf into games by gears of war, not suggesting you do the same but getting her to play games with you a game that has a good story line to it aswell as just good game play, good story lines are something like bioshock but they arnt co-op|||the co-op idea was a good one ^. you wanna ease her into gaming, especially if all she plays is some piece of crap lego ____ game. go for games that are fun and exciting without being too intense. I would suggest against WoW, since not only is it extremely complicated for someone who isn't starting out with a clan, it has a stigma in popular culture that steers most people away from it.

Any co-op FPS is good. if she likes star wars, you could try Force Unleashed. I really like that game, and it's easy as games come.|||If this doesn't work nothing will.

Step two: Browse through the game isle until you see a Pokemon game for her gaming system (Wii, D.S., ect.)

Step three: Well of course, buy her a game that you think looks cool like Pokemon Leaf Green.

Step four: Take your friend her new, supercool Pokemon game and watch her be adicted!|||get her to play some black ops or MW2 online, get her a little headset. She will be like "OMG, this is so dope. I love you for this" and you can be like "I know! I am the bestest friend ever!" and she will be like "OMG, you totally are" and then you will be like "you better believe it". good times|||invite her to your place and play something on co-op / split screen for a night and maybe she will pick it up.. if she likes indiana jones give her something similar to play|||Take the game away from her or hide it and let her try something new. that's what I did to a friend and he plays everything|||Try World of Warcraft or a Major online role playing game. It's an instant addiction. First Person shooters are good too

Gamerpics can only be the ones made and approved for Live or a real picture taken with your vision cam. Vision cam pics are also the only ones that can be sent in a message. You can share pictures from a digital camera or drive through the photo party feature though.|||You can't do either.

Can you get an Xbox 360 gamer tag (Mine is Dibbles Prime) Off a broken Xbxo that suffered from the red rings of death onto a new and operatinal Xbox 360 with all the achemvents and Gamescore as well?|||Just take the old hard drive and put it on the new xbox or just use account recovery|||if its not a gamer tag on live then you will need to take the hard drive off the old xbox, put it into ya new one, then it will work. if you want to use the new hard drive then buy a memory unit, transfer it onto that then take out the old hard drive and put the new one in then transfer off the memory unit to the new hard drive.|||all of that transfer over . it can recover it from your old one to your new one just sign in to your new one and then it will recover it..|||that should be no problem, all you need to do is when creating a new profile is to "retrieve profile" i think the tab name is or "recover gamer ID" then you just follow intructions, that should solve everything, if not i am stumped|||if you have the harddrive yes or live yes, You just put the new hard drive in the new console or on the new console click on recover gamertag or use a elite data migration wizard|||Mine is going away to be repaired tomorrow, red ring of death as well.

What can kinect offer the hardcore gamer?

I'm wondering whether there's any point in getting it? I play black ops/fifa/ac2 gamer right now. my room isnt very big, so i'm not sure whehter the kinect will even work. i hav seen people with naruto or assassins creed for their gamer picture so don't say that you cant.|||You have to download a program called Modio. When you have this you import your pictures to it and then you plug in a USB to your computer download the pics, Plug the USB into your xbox and there you go, You select the picture.

Im pretty sure this is how you do it, But search it up im sure you will find some ways.

Thank You|||There are two ways to do this depending on if you know the info.

1. If you know your Windows Live ID and password (which you used to register you gamertag), you can simply recover your gamertag on the other console. All you need to do to recover is go on the dashboard, click the recover button, and type in your Gamertag, Windows Live ID, and the password. Then accept to the code of conduct. The Xbox live subscription will remain and so will your gamerscore.

2. If you don't know your Windows Live ID and have no way to figure it out, you can get a memory card, then upload your gamertag to the memory card, and then upload it back on the other console.|||there are three ways:

1- using xbox live to transfer your gamertag over to another hard-drive

2- getting a memory card to copy over data and profiles/gamer tags to another console

3- Or the way i did it. I used a transferring cable that allows your to transfer everything from your old hard-drive to your new one at high speed.

i would recommend getting the transfer cable but any of the above will work.|||either use a memory card to do so or recover the gamertag off of xbox live...

the xbox live subscribtion will continue over, because all that data is stored on the internet...
