How do I change my gamer picture to whatever I want?

Well, I see some people that have loads of different gamer pictures and I know they are NOT from games please tell me how!|||im guessing your talking about xbox, you have to buy there vision camera|||if u have xbox go to game maertplace the go to add n and extras then to gamer pics
