How to add gamer tag to xbox live gold account?

I have xbox live gold family pack which includes 4 gamer tags. We have used three and I can't find where to go in to create a 4th one. How do I navigate to the options to create new tag?|||Just sign out of the account your in the press the Xbox Dashboard button, and it should say create account/gamertag and do the what it tells you to do|||sighn out of an acont and creat profile then hit jjoin xbox live then ull figure it out from there
