Can you take a picture from your usb drive and put a picture from there on your gamer picture for xbox?

I already have the picture set as a background but i want it to be my gamer pic, how do i do this?|||Nope. You can take a picture with the Xbox Live Vision Camera (that only you and your friends will see as your gamerpic), but that's the only way to get an unofficial gamerpic.
