How do i get my own gamer picture on my live account?

i have pictures of like myself and others on my xbox 360...how do i get those to be my gamer picture? cuz i dont want to use the dumb ones they give you...is there anyway to do this?|||You can take a picture to become your gamerpic if you have the Xbox Live Vision camera. These pictures are only visible to people on your friends list. That's the only way.|||You need a Live Vision Camera to take your picture. They cost about $40-$50 dollars, and you can have people other than your friends see your picture, there is an option to turn that on/off, I think.
