What is a sugar gamer and what do they do?

My friend told me that, since i am a chick on xbox, i could be a sugar gamer. He said that it is someone who gets paid for playing with guys online. Can someone explain it better than him, if he was even right?|||I've never heard of a 'sugar gamer'. Basically, it sounds like a prozzy... online.
