Is it possible to put pictures from my USB flash drive as my Xbox 360 Gamer Picture?

If I had a picture on a USB, how do I put it as a Gamer Picture on my Xbox 360, or send it in a message?|||You cant|||No to both of those. Gamerpics can only be the ones made and approved for Live or a real picture taken with your vision cam. Vision cam pics are also the only ones that can be sent in a message. You can share pictures from a digital camera or drive through the photo party feature though.|||You can't do either.
