In Call of Duty 4 I made a new gamer tag do I have to download the variety map pack again?

I made a new gamer tag on the same xbox 360 since my old one expired. I already downloaded the variety map pack on my old account do I have to do the same with this account. I know some people say I don't or shouldn't have to but whenever I go to play online it always has the download maps. What do I do?|||i think so, if u had the ps3, u wouldnt hav the prob
