If so, those are acheivements unlocked, during games (have no value)
Microsoft points, are"virtual' cash.
they can be prchased directly through the Xbox dashboard (marketplace section)
or at a local game retailer (they carry MS point cards)|||microsoft points you have to buy at a store or online, like walmart gamestop best buy target any place that sells xbox360 games or purchase online through your xbox if you have internet connections. gamer points you earn while playing the video games, and you earn achievements and those achievements give you gamer points.
